Obituaries

The Adair Anquestors have been, for many years, working on a catalog of obituaries, death stories, funeral and probate announcements from the various county newspapers.  These will be listed by the year in which they appeared in the newspapers.  As more cataloging is completed, this list will continue to grow so please check back regularly.

Obituaries usually include the decedent's biography (sometimes quite extensive).  Death stories, funeral, and probate announcements usually provide more limited information, but may include family members and relationships.

For a $2 fee, the Anquestors will provide copies of this information upon written request to:
