Library Card

People living in Greenfield, Iowa and surrounding communities are eligible for a free GPL library card. Apply for your free library card by visiting the library and completing the library card application and bring proof with your current address information. Your GPL card can be used anywhere for digital items. It's the most important card you'll ever get for free!

To request a library card online, fill out the form below. Eligible applicants are Greenfield or Adair County residents and Iowa residents that reside in communities that participate in Open Access. Pick up your card and sign your card at the library.
